Institut Aminuddin Baki (IAB), Ministry of Education Malaysia is delighted to welcome you to the 4th Regional Conference on Educational Leadership and Management (RCELAM) 2015 which will be held on 16-19 November 2015 at Institut Aminuddin Baki, Genting Highlands, Malaysia. The main aim of this conference is to elicit the views, ideas, thoughts of experts, scholars, researchers, strategists, and futurists in the field of education and to share them with current and aspiring educational leaders.
The conference theme " Globalisation and The 2nd Machine Age: Myths, Realities and Challenges of Educational Leaders“ suggests the need to discover new directions in educational leadership and management to face the challenge of digital world. The fast developing world witnesses the computers and other digital advances boosting the ability of mental power, leading from past limitations to borderless territory. The contribution of educational leaders, academicians and practitioners in education are essential in connecting educational matters with the real world of futuristic experience of digital innovation. Technology can truly makes the world a better place and it also provides bigger potential in creating differences towards future success of future generations. As the second machine age brings along tough challenges of technology progress, it is hoped that the conference will provide a platform of professional discourse in finding the solutions regarding the issues and challenges faced by educational leaders and managers nowadays. RCELAM is a forum for the presentations of advances in research in the field of educational leadership and management in this region and other part of the world.

Prof. Dato' Dr. Ibrahim Bajunid
Professor Datuk Dr. Ibrahim was formerly Professor of Management, Leadership and Policy Studies at University Tun Abdul Razak (Malaysia) and former Director of Institut Aminuddin Baki - The National Institute of Educational Management and Leadership (Malaysia).
